  1. How will I access the video series once I've paid for it?

    Once your payment has been approved and processed you will be able to login to your new PT OnDemand account. Your password will be sent to your email address. When you login you will have full access to your videos, workout tracker and an exclusive ebook.

  2. What is an e–book and how do I access this?

    An e–book is effectively the offline content for your fitness programme. Anything not covered on the website will be included in this downloadable, printable .PDF file and includes such things as fitness articles, nutritional advice and a grid to keep track of your rep counts to input onto the online tracker.

  3. Once I've completed the series over the 6–week period, what do I do then?

    Our workout video series are designed to be a progression to sustainable gains. So, once you have finished a series you can always start again to continue your progress! We would also recommend moving on to other workout series to complement your progress and stimulate your body to make further gains. Have a look at our current selection of workout videos. In addition, you should also receive enough information through our related learning materials to gain the knowledge to implement further effective exercise programming and nutritional plans yourself.

  4. Do I need equipment to complete these workouts?

    Yes equipment is required but we have done our best to keep it to a bare minimum. Each exercise lists the different equipment required.

  5. I'm not very fit, are these videos suitable for me?

    Our videos are suitable for all levels of fitness, from beginner to advanced, and you should see progress regardless of your initial fitness or exercise history. However, PT on Demand would always recommend that an individual seek professional medical advice before embarking upon an exercise regime, particularly if you have previous injuries and/or underlying medical conditions, are over the age of 50 or are under the age of 18.   6. How do I watch the videos on my TV?

    Watching videos from your PC onto your TV is not specific to PT On-Demand videos and once connected is simply using your TV as another computer screen. Please check your TV connections or refer to your manual, you will require one of the following:

    • VGA Cable
    • HDMI and DVI Cable
    • S-Video Cable
    • Composite/RCA Cable
  7. How do I watch the videos on my mobile phone?

    Your mobile phone will contain either a data cable or bluetooth connection, both which can be used to transfer files to your phone. Every phone is set up differently, but your mobile phone user guide will have in-depth instructions explaining how to connect it to your computer, allowing you to copy the videos across.

  8. How do I watch the videos on my MP4 player?

    Your Mp4 player will contain a data cable which can be used to transfer files to it. Every Mp4 player is set up differently, but your user guide will have in-depth instructions explaining how to connect it to your computer, allowing you to copy the videos across.
