You will need to purchase some fitness equipment and props to get the most out of the Healthy Posture System. Conditioning yourself to perform fitness, sport and recreational activities requires 3 phases of conditioning.

Phase 1: Functional Mobility Phase (levels 1 + 2)

Phase 3: Functional Fitness Phase (levels 5 + 6)
